This encompasses <b>B2B and B2C</b> for these solutions. You will focus on <b>Unified Customer Experience GTM</b> and lead efforts in <b>Industry Demo Strategy</b>, ensuring Adobe’s solutions are showcased effectively to customers and partners across various industries. This is a highly visible people manager role with cross-functional influence.</p><p></p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2><p><b>Leadership & Team Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage and develop a team of Demo Strategists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them succeed.</li><li>Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.</li><li>Ensure team alignment with priorities and prioritize resources effectively to meet business goals.</li></ul><h2><b>Demo Strategy Development</b></h2><ul><li>Drive demo strategies for Adobe Experience Platform and related solutions (RT-CDP, CJA, AJO, Marketo, Target, Analytics).</li><li><div>Ensure demo readiness for <b>AI-driven Adobe capabilities</b> including Adobe’s intelligent agents, <b>Agent Orchestrator</b>, and <b>Journey Optimizer Experience Accelerator</b>.</div></li><li>Develop and complete Industry Demo Strategy initiatives, crafting tailored demo experiences for priority verticals.</li><li>Identify and close demo gaps by curating and creating capabilities across multiple formats.</li><li>Align demo strategies with Go-To-Market priorities, product teams, and pre-sales needs.</li></ul><h2><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></h2><ul><li><span>Represent demo strategy in senior-level forums and advocate for demo needs across product roadmaps</span></li><li>Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure demos reflect Adobe’s value proposition.</li><li>Partner with pre-sales teams to understand demo requirements and deliver impactful experiences.</li><li>Engage with external partners when needed to enhance demo capabilities.</li></ul><h2><b>Technical Expertise</b></h2><ul><li>Maintain strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and connected solutions.</li><li>Stay current on product updates and industry trends to incorporate standard methodologies into demo strategy.</li></ul><h2><b>Project Management</b></h2><ul><li>Manage demo priorities across tools, solutions, and industry-specific needs.</li><li>Create and maintain project plans for demo readiness, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.</li><li>Monitor progress and proactively address risks or blockers.</li></ul><h2><b>Documentation & Reporting</b></h2><ul><li>Document demo processes, standard methodologies, and lessons learned.</li><li>Provide regular updates on demo readiness and performance metrics.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><b>6+ years</b> of experience in demo strategy, pre-sales, or related roles.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li><span><b>3+ years</b> of people management experience, including coaching and developing teams.</span></li><li>Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies (RT-CDP, CJA, AJO, Marketo, Target, Analytics).</li><li>Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with pre-sales processes and ability to adapt to evolving requirements.</li></ul><h3></h3><p></p>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,900 -- $248,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
