Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage systems and processes that require complex technical configuration and implementation
  • Define and derive detailed capabilities, develop solution sets, and design workflow capabilities
  • Work closely with the solution architecture team to ensure that the business systems and architectural strategies support the overall goals of the organization
  • Partner with solution architecture, IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure business systems and architectural strategies are fully integrated with organizational goals
  • Evaluate emerging trends and best practices in business systems analysis and architecture
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of business systems analysts and architects

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, or business architecture, within banking or financial services
  • Proven track record of managing complex system implementations and driving organizational transformation
  • Experience with core banking platforms, regulatory compliance, and some technology
  • Experience with system activities, product changes, configuration, and user acceptance testing for the core platform
