Social Media Operations Specialist

About the position

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor back-end integrations and API connections across national and local social media platforms.
  • Track and manage user access and permissions within Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, and other social platform dashboards.
  • Support onboarding and maintenance of local club pages, ensuring proper connection to publishing and analytics systems.
  • Troubleshoot access, connection, and tagging issues with external partners and platform support teams.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate data flow across Salesforce, Sprinklr, and other digital tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of platform workflows, processes, and permissions.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for operational and systems improvements.
  • Act as the liaison between external business listing partners/tools and franchisees, Field Marketing, Operations and other internal stakeholders.
  • Keeps watch of all social media activities related to the brand and works alongside external and internal partners to enable great member experiences and minimize risk to the brand.
  • Leads club page expansion and reputation management and online listing needs.
  • Manage the full credential lifecycle for all social media accounts and related integrations (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, Sprinklr, Salesforce, etc.): create, rotate, revoke, and store login credentials securely.
  • Own the local activation of comped memberships for agency partners, creators, PFFs, and influencers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Meta leads to local teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Passionate user of social media & digital technologies with strong knowledge of social media best practices
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and copy/editing skills
  • Strong computer literacy (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Google Drive and Microsoft Office)
  • Experience collaborating across departments and teams in high pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient, and organized with an ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally
  • Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth
  • Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced ever-changing, deadline-driven environment
