As Manager, Finance, you will serve as the primary finance business partner to Jostens’ Chief Digital Officer, providing financial leadership, strategic modeling, forecasting, and decision support for the IT, Marketing and Digital organizations.<br><br><strong>YOU WILL:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Serve as the lead finance partner to the CDO and SVP of IT. Provide financial guidance, modeling, and strategic support to the Chief Digital Officer, SVP of IT and leadership teams. </li><li> Develop complex financial models and business cases. Analyze revenue opportunities, cost structures, staffing plans, and investment scenarios to support strategic decision-making. </li><li> Partner with executive leaders on planning and forecasting. Support annual planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities. </li><li> Analyze and support IT performance. Provide reporting and insights on IT Spend, Internally Developed Software, and Enterprise IT Projects. </li><li> Lead financial reporting and analysis. Extensive experience building complex financial models involving revenue projections, cost drivers, and investment analysis. </li><li> P&L Management Experience. Strong understanding of business unit financial performance, profitability analysis, and revenue reporting. </li><li> Marketing & Digital Finance Knowledge.
