Associate Manager Order & Customer Experience - Richfield MN

As the <strong>Associate Manager of Order & Customer Experience</strong>, you will help turn order management, fulfillment, and customer experience data into insights that drive operational action. This role supports large and small product fulfillment by helping teams understand order health, identify risks, improve execution, and support the customer promise.<br><br>You will partner with offshore teams, fulfillment leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate issues, surface trends, improve reporting, and translate findings into clear recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and comfortable connecting data to business operations while helping teams move from awareness to action.<br><br>This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on site at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
