You will oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans, and ensure our technology infrastructure aligns with our business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and expand market presence.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of operations management, including process improvement initiatives, project management, and program oversight.
  • Oversee technology development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product innovation to ensure cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Drive change management efforts across the organization to foster adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness while controlling costs.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams by supervising senior leadership, promoting leadership development, and ensuring effective management practices.
  • Cultivate business development opportunities by establishing strategic partnerships and exploring new markets.
Experience
  • Proven senior leadership experience in a startup or fast-growing tech environment with demonstrated success in managing complex operations and technology functions.
  • Extensive background in change management, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives that have resulted in measurable growth or efficiency gains.
  • Strong management skills with supervising experience across multidisciplinary teams; ability to motivate and develop talent at all levels.
  • Expertise in operations management, project management, budgeting, forecasting, and program management within a technology-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building strategic relationships.
