<p>We’re looking for an experienced <strong>Finance & Accounting Business Analyst</strong> to support a global ERP and manufacturing systems transformation, with a strong emphasis on <strong>capital (capex) initiatives and complex ERP environments</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note: This person must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder, no Visa Sponsorship of any kind is Available at this time.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This individual will play a key role on a cross-functional transformation team, working within a diverse ERP landscape that includes <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX 2012, and various legacy platforms</strong> acquired over time. The role will focus on partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to <strong>align, standardize, and optimize financial processes</strong> while enabling a structured transition to a modern D365 environment.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines <strong>strong financial process knowledge, ERP experience, and the ability to operate across multiple systems</strong>, contributing to a long-term transformation focused on scalability and consistency.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Financial Process Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements across key finance and accounting functions, including:</li><li>Record-to-Report (R2R)</li><li>Procure-to-Pay (P2P)</li><li>Fixed assets and capitalization</li><li>Project accounting and capital tracking</li><li>Lead cross-functional workshops to document current workflows and define future-state processes across multiple ERP systems</li><li>Develop clear and structured artifacts such as:</li><li>Process maps, including inter-system flows</li><li>Business requirements documentation (BRDs)</li><li>User stories and acceptance criteria</li></ul><p><strong>Capex & Transformation Initiatives</strong></p><ul><li>Support system enablement of capital investment programs as part of a multi-year transformation roadmap</li><li>Define requirements for:</li><li>Capital project planning, forecasting, and tracking</li><li>Asset lifecycle management and capitalization processes</li><li>Financial controls, reporting, and cost allocation</li><li>Partner with finance leadership to ensure alignment with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit expectations</li><li>Improve visibility into capital spend and ROI tracking across systems</li></ul><p><strong>Multi-ERP Coordination & Integration</strong></p><ul><li>Work across multiple platforms (D365, AX, legacy ERP systems) to define:</li><li>System ownership and system-of-record design</li><li>End-to-end financial process flows spanning multiple systems</li><li>Document and support integration requirements, including:</li><li>General ledger and subledger data synchronization</li><li>Accounts payable, receivable, and asset data processing</li><li>Intercompany transactions and inventory/cost flows</li><li>Collaborate with solution and technical teams to ensure integrations are scalable and well-defined</li></ul><p><strong>ERP Implementation & Transition Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist solution architects with fit/gap analysis and functional design across current and future systems</li><li>Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications aligned with D365 capabilities while supporting legacy environments</li><li>Support data migration and harmonization efforts, including:</li><li>Chart of accounts standardization</li><li>Financial master data alignment</li><li>Historical data strategy and validation</li><li>Contribute to phased rollout strategies and system coexistence planning</li></ul><p><strong>Testing & Deployment</strong></p><ul><li>Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
