Job Skills / Requirements

Job Title: Armed Weekend Security Officers

Location: Sierra Vista
Schedule : On Call/As Needed

Shift: Dependent upon call offs - Open availability is required


  • Must be at least 18
  • Must have a valid UP TO DATE AZDPS Unarmed Guard Card
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security, public safety, or law enforcement is considered an asset.
  • Strong observational skills and situational awareness
  • Administrative awareness
  • Previous law enforcement or security experience is preferred
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.

POSITION OVERVIEW & SCOPE


As a St. Moritz Security Officer , you’ll help protect people, property, and assets through vigilance and integrity.


You will:

  • Create and track work orders , draft professional emails, and effectively answer and manage phone calls.
  • Operate fire control panels , including acknowledging alarms, performing resets, and coordinating appropriate responses.
  • Complete accurate reports for incidents and shift transitions.
  • Provide guidance to associates and visitors needing security assistance.
  • Inspect vehicles and facilities , noting safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential risks before they become issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and responsive communication.
