The IT <span style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-align: left;text-indent: 0.0px;">Support Technician</span>  performs tasks in customer service, computer installation, and inventory control. receiving, preparing, and processing routine customer service requests for standard hardware and software; </p><p style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Assisting IT Administrators by researching, coordinating, and installation for personal computer (PC) moves and installs; </p><p style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Assisting IT Administrators in installing PCs to existing cabling; </p><p style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Maintaining, auditing, and verifying data in the Asset Management System (example: recording proper information, verifying serial numbers on equipment, and updating records);
