We're in a high-growth phase and seeking exceptional talent to drive our next stage of expansion.<br><br>The Role<br><br>Our marketing team is seeking an exceptional Demand Generation Lead to own develop and scale full funnel campaigns with the goal to drive acquisition, adoption and engagement with Veeqo. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven and analytical marketer with a track record of driving growth through measurable, innovative marketing approaches. They have experience working for a B2B SaaS tech company, leading cross-functional marketing initiatives in a fast moving and ambiguous environment, balancing long-term vision with the ability to execute tactical details in a fast growing space.<br><br>They will work closely with other members of the marketing team and cross-functional teams, to develop, test, and iterate on marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.<br><br>It is important the candidate can foster a creative team environment, inventing new approaches, building robust testing structures, diving deep, and doubling down on what’s performing.<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Proven track record of scaling marketing programs that delivered significant revenue impact. This includes measurement, content and activation strategy for all parts of the funnel.</li><li> Deep understanding of marketing technology and automation</li><li> Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable insights related to marketing activity. Understanding of basic statistics and mathematical modeling concepts such as statistical significance, standard deviations, and regression analysis.</li><li> Strong stakeholder management & communication skills</li><li> Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and have the ability to navigate through ambiguity and work with minimal guidance.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Prefferred Qualifications<br><br></strong>7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years specifically in demand generation<br><br>Experience working with external agencies or teams to source content, working within a defined budget<br><br>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.<br><br>Experience working with enterprise sales teams<br><br>International marketing experience<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><strong>As a Demand Generation Lead You Will<br><br></strong><ul><li> Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.</li><li> You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our seller acquisition program including launching, testing and optimizing marketing programs across the funnel.</li><li> Lead marketing automation strategy and implementation to drive program efficiency</li><li> Establish rigorous testing frameworks and optimization processes. Develop metrics and measurement to determine campaign effectiveness.</li><li> Lead budget planning and forecasting for demand generation initiatives.
