This will include presentations by different divisions to increase product knowledge, company knowledge, and leadership skills.</li><li>6-month operational training program while on the job.</li></ul><p><strong>Location and Shift:</strong></p><ul><li>Wichita, KS</li><li>2nd Shift (3:30pm-12:30am) <strong>Subject to change.</strong> </li><li>Extended hours may be needed-including weekends.</li></ul><p>Team Leaders will potentially work in environments below 40 degrees and in areas more than 60 degrees.</p><p><i><strong>The base pay range for this position $60,000 to $70,000 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills set, and level of experience.</strong></i></p><p><strong>BENEFITS: </strong>Hormel Foods offers an excellent benefits package.
