As we build a loyalty program in an industry ripe for technological innovation, our newly created loyalty product team is tasked with ushering in new technologies to support the reliability, speed, and ease that millions of our customers depend on every day. As a Product Manager, you will thoughtfully guide products from concept to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You’ll own 1-3 loyalty initiatives across our North American business, breaking down complex problems into the experiential building blocks of massively scalable features. As one of the first hires to our loyalty product team, you will guide the evolution of our product organization and hold ownership over all angles of the product development cycle, from agile ceremonies with developers to roadmap reviews with senior leaders. You can communicate how our work today will impact our digital maturity in the years to come What You Will Be Doing Thoughtfully serve as the voice of the end user in driving North American loyalty features from concept to launch Work closely with the Member Experience team to analyze market conditions and define testing methodologies, identifying opportunities to enhance the loyalty member experience based on quantitative evidence Lead the loyalty team in writing detailed front-end and back-end feature requirements, serving as the functional SME during backlog refinement with design, architecture, and development teams, solving complex problems Collaborate closely with the Global Product Manager to maintain the loyalty roadmap, managing projects and prioritize incoming scope requests while communicating timelines and guiding expectations across stakeholder teams Coordinate with product managers and architects across Digital Products, Payments, and Retail Systems teams to align backlogs, document key design decisions, and direct UAT testing activities ahead of feature releases Lead SAFe agile ceremonies with a global team of in-house and vendor partners. Collaborate closely with the Loyalty Analytics team to define, measure, and report on the key performance indicators of feature performance, customer experience impact, and business value What We Need 2-5 years of product management experience building consumer-facing products Professional background or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related field or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to plan and prioritize feature ideas Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to a wide range of audiences, verbally and in writing. Deep understanding of web technologies Ability to work effectively with remote teams, comfortable managing communications across multiple channels (email, Slack, Teams, etc.) and geographies to get people aligned and get things done Proven leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior executive leadership Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Ideal Candidates Also Have Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies Strong design, UX testing, and data background Experience working with agile planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro) Experience leading development teams in a scaled scrum/agile environment Experience with API diagramming (e.g. UML) Experience with cloud architecture, database management, and programming languages 1-3 years for APM It will impact grading of role and candidates potentially #LI-KK1 #LI-Remote Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
