**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Efficiently and effectively managing a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by determining customer needs and providing solutions
  • Providing customer contact via phone and email
  • Working a 5pm-Midnight shift, with variable schedules and overtime as necessary
  • Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Other duties as assigned
