We are seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume distribution center in Virginia Beach. This facility serves as a critical hub supporting nationwide and global fulfillment of fabric materials and craft supplies. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of operations, people, and performance.

What You’ll Lead

  • End-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management
  • A diverse hourly workforce, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement
  • Continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
  • Operational KPIs, labor planning, budgeting, and cost control
  • Inventory accuracy across a high-SKU, specialty retail product environment
  • Compliance with OSHA standards and all safety/regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of warehouse/distribution leadership experience
  • 3+ years in a senior management role with full operational responsibility
  • Strong background in retail or wholesale distribution, preferably in high-SKU environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop future leaders
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and process improvement initiatives
  • Preferred: Experience in fabric, apparel, or craft-related distribution
