Audit Manager

What You’ll Do

As an Audit Manager, you’ll lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across a variety of industries. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality service and helping guide business and process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and planning audit and review engagements
  • Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues
  • Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring associates
  • Participating in networking and business development activities
  • Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately-held and not-for-profit organizations
  • Active CPA license
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus
  • Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
