Job Description We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / 3PL Manager to oversee warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory control, and team leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. The ideal candidate has experience managing warehouse staff, third-party logistics operations (3PL), shipping/receiving, fulfillment performance, and must have hands-on experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

This role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize workflows, leverage warehouse technology systems, improve productivity, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations
  • Lead and supervise warehouse teams and support staff
  • Oversee order fulfillment and shipping processes
  • Supervise Pickers/Packers (Order Fulfillment) operations
  • Coordinate Forklift Operators activities and workflow
  • Manage Inventory / Receiving Clerks and inventory accuracy
  • Oversee Shipping & Logistics Coordinators scheduling and execution
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle count compliance
  • Monitor productivity and KPIs
  • Implement process improvements to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain safety compliance and warehouse standards

Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or 3PL leadership
  • Manufacturing or distribution environment experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing high-volume warehouse teams
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and fulfillment processes
  • Must have hands-on experience using ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Experience with inventory tracking, reporting, and warehouse software platforms
  • Ability to analyze operational data and improve warehouse efficiency using system tools
  • Forklift and warehouse operations knowledge preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination
