Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead planning and execution of commercial training events, onboarding programs, leadership meetings, and ad hoc learning initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including:
  • Venue sourcing
  • Site selection
  • Catering and food & beverage coordination
  • Audio-visual production
  • Registration and attendee management
  • Coordinate onsite event execution and ensure seamless participant experience
  • Develop project timelines, action plans, and execution schedules
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and operational deliverables
  • Support multiple concurrent training initiatives and event schedules
  • Manage vendor relationships, RFP processes, and contract negotiations
  • Partner closely with Commercial Learning, Operations, and Leadership teams
  • Deliver executive-level updates regarding event status, risks, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Conduct process mapping and identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Support SOP development and training operations best practices
  • Analyze post-event metrics, attendee feedback, and operational KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and operational efficiency


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in:
  • Training coordination
  • Event management
  • Learning operations
  • Program coordination
  • Commercial training support
  • Experience managing end-to-end corporate or training events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, logistics, and registration processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
  • Biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience
  • Experience supporting Commercial Learning & Development teams
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as:
  • SuccessFactors
  • Cornerstone
  • Litmos
  • CMP certification or event management background preferred
  • Experience with process improvement, SOP development, and operational reporting
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
