  • Lead and mentor a team of senior product copywriters working across digital products such as online intake flows, app, subscription management, and beyond
  • Own content strategy for product launches, experiments, and high-visibility initiatives
  • Champion the integration of AI tools into copywriting workflows, ideation, and content development, establishing best practices and raising the bar for how the team works smarter and faster
  • Serve as a senior cross-functional partner to product managers, product marketing managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders, setting the standard for collaboration
  • Synthesize and manage feedback from stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive leadership
  • Deliver brand, marketing, and UX copywriting at the highest level while championing and evolving brand voice, tone, and direction
  • Use your expertise as an insight-driven storyteller to elevate every asset you touch
  • Champion editorial excellence, setting the bar for editing, grammar, and proofreading standards across the team
  • Establish, evolve, and enforce brand and content guidelines organization-wide

You Have:
  • 10+ years' experience in digital product copywriting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, grow, and inspire high-performing copywriting teams
  • Deep experience collaborating with designers and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
  • Fluency with AI writing and productivity tools, with a demonstrated ability to incorporate them into creative workflows, experimentation, and ideation processes
  • Strategic thinker with a strong track record in data-driven marketing and experimentation
  • Proven ability to drive conversion- and engagement-focused experimentation at scale
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders and executive audiences through compelling creative rationale
  • Strong ability to communicate the value of marketing and content strategies across all levels of the business
  • Experience owning multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on "player/coach" leadership style
  • Ability to address delicate topics with clarity, empathy, and precision
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or CPG industry is a plus

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution
  • Offsite team retreats
