The Shipping Coordinator verifies and keeps records on incoming / outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by adhering to quality and productivity standards. The shipping and receiving clerk role will be an integral part of a team that services multiple departments and managers. Performing a wide variety of office support and clerical duties will also be part of the shipping and receiving clerk role. Schedule:

  • Full-Time, Monday - Friday 7AM -3:30PM, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required at the beginning or end of a shift. Shifts are subject to change.

Pay Range: DOE


Essential Duties

  • Verify emails and orders requests.
  • Prepare orders, print labels, and sort and organize appropriate paperwork.
  • Responsible for monitoring shipments to make sure all documentation is complete.
  • Responsible for making arrangements for pickup by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order, which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by the final inspection via the shipping instructions.
  • Schedule shipments and coordinate with supervisor and any other team members involved.
  • Perform a wide variety of office support and clerical duties in support of the assigned department.
  • Support managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Ensure orders are completed, submitted on time, and closed according to company processes.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (Required)
  • Prior office / administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
