They bring exceptional creative thought and craft, developing and delivering from brief to end user.<br><br>We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior UX Designer to join our digital experiences team on a leading quick-serve restaurant brand. In this role, you will play a critical role in designing and executing the digital experiences that affect millions of customers and team members across thousands of restaurants. You will be key in deeply understanding problems, performing research and usability studies, ideating and prototyping to ensure customer experiences are intuitive, delightful, and on brand.<br><br><br>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</div>\n<ul>\n<li>A solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles</li>\n<li>Design efficient, functional, and enjoyable digital experiences</li>\n<li>Work flexibly across multiple product lanes within a complex system of interactions</li>\n<li>Work both strategically and tactically, weighing tradeoffs and exploring multiple solution concepts</li>\n<li>Get to know and empathize with customers, staff, and operators</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of web and app paradigms and contemporary patterns</li>\n<li>Highly proficient in Figma, utilizing components, layouts, and design systems to create wireframes, interactions, and prototypes</li>\n<li>Continually innovates and improves on the processes and deliverables to set new standards</li>\n<li>Plan and synthesize research studies to inform design e.g., IDIs, usability testing</li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and development teams in respectful ways that push for the best solutions</li>\n<li>Proactively identifying and advocating for better design and innovations that might have otherwise been missed— focusing on continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<div><br><br>QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS</div>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a compelling portfolio of distinctive work showing both product and service design</li>\n<li>Able to develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems</li>\n<li>You have exceptional written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>You have expertise in cross-functional collaboration</li>\n<li>Foster progressive and limitless thinking</li>\n</ul>\n<div><br><br>Hybrid Expectation<br><br>This position requires the candidate to be on the Atlanta-based client’s campus 1-2 days a week typically.
