We’re hiring a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to act as a strategic partner to dealership leaders across California and Nevada. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be in the business, shaping strategy, influencing outcomes, and directly impacting performance across up to 25 stores.

What You'll Do

  • Drive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores
  • Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience
  • Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results
  • Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors
  • Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance
  • Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes
  • Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
  • Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)
  • Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions

Compensation

The full salary range for this position is $80,000–$125,000 annually plus bonus potential. The anticipated starting pay is $80,000–$110,000, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through the interview process in alignment with applicable pay transparency laws.
