Job Overview

Our Client is a fast-paced, data-driven organization that prioritizes high-impact marketing and measurable results. They believe that design is a critical driver of business growth, moving beyond simple aesthetics to focus on performance and user behavior. Our Client fosters a culture of constant iteration, where design meets data to create high-converting experiences across all digital touchpoints.

The Role

Our Client is seeking a high-output, conversion-oriented Performance Designer to join their marketing team. The mission for this role is clear: create visual assets that don't just "look good," but actually drive results. From thumb-stopping social ads to high-fidelity landing page wireframes, the Performance Designer is responsible for the entire visual funnel. The successful candidate must be able to "iterate on winners," taking data insights from the media buying team and turning them into fresh, high-performing design variations.

Key Responsabilities

Ad Creative & Social Content

  • Designs high-performance static and motion ads specifically for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display.
  • Produces short-form video content and animations (GIFs, motion graphics) to increase digital engagement.
  • Masters platform-specific technical specs, understanding the nuance between "UGC-style" content and polished brand assets.
Web & Conversion Optimization
  • Builds high-fidelity wireframes and designs for landing pages with a strict focus on UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Creates engaging, click-driven layouts for email newsletters and automated lifecycle flows.
  • Uses a "Conversion Eye" to implement visual hierarchy that guides users toward clear Calls to Action (CTAs).
Data-Driven Iteration
  • Collaborates closely with the media buying team to analyze ad performance data.
  • Rapidly produces design variations based on winning concepts to scale successful campaigns.
  • Maintains a high bar for aesthetic quality while operating at the speed required by a modern marketing environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Technical Toolbelt: Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Direct Response Expertise: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy and how to design for direct-response marketing.
  • Speed & Quality: Proven ability to deliver polished, high-quality work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing real-world marketing examples and the strategic "why" behind the design's performance.
  • Mindset: An analytical approach to design, viewing aesthetic choices through the lens of performance and data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with landing page builders such as Unbounce, Webflow, or Instapage.
  • A basic understanding of A/B testing principles and how they apply to visual assets.
Benefits
  • High-Impact Work: See your designs directly influence company revenue and scaling efforts.
  • Creative Autonomy: Take ownership of the visual identity across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Growth Potential: Opportunity to work in a data-centric environment that values performance over traditional "art for art's sake. "
  • Remote Flexibility: 100% remote work with a collaborative, US-based marketing team.
