We help homeowners unlock the full potential of their properties by combining operational excellence with personalized service and data-driven strategy. Our team is committed to maximizing rental revenue, enhancing guest experiences, and building lasting relationships with property owners.

The Role
The Owner Relations Manager serves as the primary contact for our property owners. You’ll be their advocate and trusted partner - blending relationship management, operational insight, and data-driven decision-making to help each property perform at its best.

This isn’t a support position; it’s a leadership role within your own portfolio. You’ll be empowered to manage relationships, resolve challenges, and make thoughtful, informed decisions that directly impact property performance and owner satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for a large portfolio of property owners.
  • Build trust through consistent, proactive communication (email, phone, video).
  • Review performance reports and turn insights into clear action plans.
  • Coordinate maintenance, track vendor activity, and follow up professionally.
  • Audit listings and collaborate with marketing to improve exposure and conversion.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports and help owners interpret results.
  • Keep meticulous notes, update systems, and stay synced with Ops and Guest Services.
  • Contribute ideas for owner newsletters and improvement initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Calm, confident, and professional - you handle pressure with grace.
  • Highly organized - you stay ahead of tasks and never leave anyone waiting for answers.
  • Tech-comfortable - you enjoy using modern tools and platforms to stay efficient.
  • Analytical - you like connecting performance data to real-world outcomes.
  • Trustworthy and self-directed - you don’t need reminders to do your job well.
  • Naturally warm - you can deliver tough news with empathy and solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in hospitality, property management, client success, or operations.
  • Proven experience managing large active accounts or projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational habits and follow-up discipline.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
  • Based in Austin, TX for frequent on-site visits.
  • Nice to Have: experience with Airbnb/VRBO, Breezeway, Hostaway, or hospitality SaaS.

Before You Apply
This is not a light client-service role. You’ll manage a large, active portfolio and need sharp judgment, strong systems, and steady communication habits. If you thrive in structured independence and love solving problems for high-expectation clients, we encourage you to apply.
