BODYROK - Fitness Instructor
PART TIME • ATLANTA, GA

** We are currently hiring for an upcoming spring/summer training class that kicks off with a bootcamp on March 25-28. Studio locations will include Midtown, Inman Park, and upcoming ITP expansion studios! **


BODYROK offers high intensity, low impact workouts that will tone, define and sculpt your body and mind in just 40 minutes. Our instructors have earned a reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in California and NYC and we’re excited to introduce our concept to Atlanta. We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method taught on custom-built reformers to deliver one of the most efficient full-body workouts there is, leaving our clients energized and feeling great!

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about health, fitness, and the BODYROK brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom-built reformers
  • Provide exceptional in-studio hospitality
  • Support in building an inclusive community of highly engaged BODYROK clients
  • Represent and embody the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of class
  • Follow the BODYROK teaching method
  • Participate in BODYROK team meetings and events


Qualifications & Availability:
  • At least 1 year of experience instructing group fitness is preferred but not required (e.g. Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing)
  • Ability to work mornings and/or evenings, coaching a minimum of 6 classes/week. Weekend availability a plus
  • Outgoing and personable, with a passion for motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals and fostering a strong sense of community
  • Reliable and hardworking, with an excellent ability to multitask and communicate
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Capable of and interested in learning / growing with our expanding brand
  • Must complete BODYROK’s nationally accredited instructor training certification program. CEU’s/CEC’s will be awarded upon completion of the program
  • Must possess CPR and liability insurance (special rates and access given upon completion of training)


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to demonstrate BODYROK method exercises and routines to clients
  • Assist clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
  • Ability to modify exercises according to clients' fitness levels
  • Teach effectively and safely during all classes
