This Fall 2026 Co-op - Supply Chain role in our Burlington, MA office offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of business functions, including procurement, finance, and manufacturing. While specific projects may vary, interns can expect to support ongoing initiatives, assist with data analysis and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role is designed to provide exposure to real-world business challenges, build foundational knowledge, and develop professional skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2026 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 13th - December 11th 2026

  • Location: Burlington, MA

  • Full-time; 40 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8:00am until 5:00pm

  • Hybrid; In-office Tues-Thurs

As a Supply Chain Co-op you will:

  • Lead performance improvement efforts , including mechanical/electrical equipment design, prototyping, production-scale trials, troubleshooting, and problem-solving using continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives in equipment optimization, material transitions, automation, and startup operations.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Summarize key learnings, next steps, and decisions needed for senior leadership; present updates in project review forums and team huddles.

  • Participate in team meetings and workshops , contributing ideas, supporting planning and logistics, and engaging in collaborative problem-solving.

  • Learn and apply business tools and systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab, Tableau) to complete tasks and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic supply chain environment.

  • Receive mentor support for your professional development

  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Total Rewards:

  • $31/hr

  • Paid bi-weekly

  • Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (paid within 30 days of employment)

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with data, identify trends, and support decision-making.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; familiarity with Minitab or Power BI or a plus.

  • Effective communication and collaboration

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and sharing ideas clearly.

  • Organizational and time management abilities

  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

  • Eager to gain exposure to different business functions and take initiative.
