You will cultivate high-performance channel partnerships, optimize commercial coverage, and unlock new revenue opportunities across our Robotics &amp

• Automation (R&A) portfolio.This is a strategic, relationship-driven role where you will shape partner performance, lead business planning, and drive profitable growth by enabling partners with world‐class technology.## What you will do: Build and execute channel strategies to drive market share growth across the R&A portfolio.

Identify, assess, and onboard new channel partners while strengthening relationships with existing ones.

Develop joint business plans and quarterly reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Present R&A technologies to support partner success and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to generate high-quality leads and improve coverage.

Evaluate partner performance through scorecards and clear KPIs.

Drive data‐driven decision‐making using Salesforce and partner insights.## What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

10+ years of experience in channel sales for technical/industrial products.

Proven ability to grow revenue through partner ecosystems.

Strong negotiation and commercial strategy capabilities.

Motion control, robotics, or automation experience preferred.## Work at the forefront of robotics used in surgical systems, industrial automation, aerospace, and next‐gen warehouse robotics.
