May also assist with weeding, cutting, and other finishing-area tasks.<br><br>Essential Functions:<br><br>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br><br>Operate CAD machine to produce custom shape/cut vinyl products<br><br>Understand job traveler, machine set-up, and i-cut software<br><br>Proof new art from prepress<br><br>Locate, use, and update CAD files<br><br>Produce basic CAD “cut-only” jobs on pigmented vinyl<br><br>Proofread, verify, and produce Micro-Cut orders<br><br>Examine products for quality; adjust as needed<br><br>Remove finished/pre-finished material from cutter for next operation<br><br>Follow all safety rules and regulations<br><br>Maintain housekeeping standards<br><br>Assist in other finishing operations as needed<br><br>Remove excess vinyl while other graphics are cutting<br><br>Produce consistent quality graphics<br><br>Competencies<br><br>Basic computer knowledge<br><br>Problem-solving skills<br><br>General knowledge of finishing<br><br>Some mechanical aptitude<br><br>Meets deadlines; dependable and reliable<br><br>Basic troubleshooting skills<br><br>Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<br><br>Flexible to respond to changing requirements with tight deadlines<br><br>Work Environment<br><br>Heated/cooled production atmosphere<br><br>Cement floor; anti-fatigue mats provided<br><br>Clean working environment<br><br>Physical Demands<br><br>Able to stand for entire work period (including overtime as needed)<br><br>Occasional walking, changing position, reaching (including across midline), handling, fingering, feeling, grasping<br><br>Occasional lifting 20–50 lbs; frequent lifting 10–25 lbs<br><br>Expected Hours of Work:<br><br>Full-time; Monday–Friday.
