This Role’s a Match If You:

  • Hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previous operational experience in the air freight industry required, including experience with:
    • Warehousing
    • Airlines
    • Ground Handling Agents (GHA)
    • Freight Forwarding
    • Air Export Gateway Operations
  • Strong knowledge of air export procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, comprehend, and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, as well as email and internet-based systems.
  • Good knowledge of international geography, including countries and major cities.
  • Knowledge of Pharma, Aerospace, Automotive, Semiconductor (Semicon), and other specialized logistics sectors is a plus.
  • Basic GxP awareness and understanding of applicable guidelines such as WHO GDP, EU GDP, and related quality standards.

In This Role You Will:

  • Process Master Air Waybill (MAWB) consolidations for assigned trade lanes.
  • Manage all aspects of the Air Transport Association (ATA) export process.
  • Prepare, handle, and process all documentation required for air export consolidations.
  • Collaborate closely with regional air export departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Arrange carrier bookings and optimize cargo consolidation opportunities.
  • Coordinate timely shipment processing and delivery to airports.
  • Maintain continuous communication with warehouse teams and truck dispatch throughout the consolidation process.
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure timely movement and delivery.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues or irregularities.
  • Update, maintain, and monitor operational reporting tools on a daily basis.
  • Support the pricing team by providing rate quote assistance.
  • Adhere to healthcare logistics guidelines and Global Quality Health Chain requirements.
  • Coordinate and support quality initiatives related to SecureChain and Semiconductor (Semicon) products.
