If this sounds intriguing to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Happy Floors.</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong>:</p><p>Warehouse Receiving and Inventory Associates are responsible for receiving trucks and sea containers of tile, putting inventory into our system and putting inventory away in the warehouse safely. Experience using handheld scanners, WMS programs, or SAP are a plus. Sit-down forklift experience is a must.</p><ol><li>Receive and unload pallets of tile in trucks and sea containers</li><li>Put product away in the warehouse safely</li><li>Move inventory to maximize use of space in the warehouse</li><li>Stack pallets in the warehouse safely</li><li>Operate RF scanners in order to accurately fill orders, track inventory, move inventory, and effectively manage inventory.</li><li>Report all safety concerns immediately to management to include all injuries, no matter how slight they may seem.</li></ol><p><strong>Travel:</strong> No travel Requirement</p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong> This position has no supervision responsibilities.</p><ol><li>Safety awareness</li><li>Problem-solving aptitude</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Must be able to drive a Sit-Down Forklift</li><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.</li><li>Must be able to speak and comprehend English.</li><li>Must be able to pass a general warehouse assessment.</li><li>Must be able to lift boxes or packages of up to 70 pounds.</li></ol><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong>:</p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
