Virtual Assistant for YouTube Podcast & Content Brand (Spiritual/Manifestation Focus)

ABOUT THE ROLE

I’m a producer and host of Lottery, Dreams, and Fortune, a fast-growing YouTube channel and podcast focused on intuition, manifestation, dreams, and real-life transformation stories.

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and reliable virtual assistant to help support and grow the brand behind the scenes.

This is not just data entry — we need someone who understands content workflows, values high-quality communication, and can proactively help run a content-driven brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with podcast and video guests. This includes sending release forms, requesting bios or photos, and collecting other relevant materials.

Repurpose and edit long-form videos into Shorts using tools like Opus Clip (or similar).

Upload YouTube descriptions and add timestamps, links, and calls to action.

Organize podcast show notes and maintain internal documents using Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Additional duties may apply as the brand grows.

COMPENSATION

Hourly rate is $20 to $30 USD depending on experience, skill set, and ability to take initiative.

This role starts as part-time with approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a long-term position.

TO APPLY

Please include a short message about your background and why you’re a great fit.

Let us know any relevant experience you’ve had supporting YouTube channels, podcasts, or content creators.

Share your hourly rate.

Include one of your favorite YouTube creators or podcasts that you follow.

We’re building something meaningful — and we’d love to find someone who values quality, creativity, and is excited to grow with the brand.
