Transportation Driver (Part-time)

<ul><li>Position**: Part Time Driver</li><li>DUTIES**: This is a part time position driving Greene County vans. Work hours vary. Number of hours per day and hours when needed will always vary but not exceed 20 hours per week. Applicant must be flexible and must be available to work between the hours of 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.</li><li>QUALIFICATIONS**: Applicant must be over 21 years old, possess a valid North Carolina Drivers License with NO MOVING VIOLATIONS within the past 3 years.<br><br></li></ul>A preemployment drug screen and random drug/alcohol testing is required. Physically, the applicant must be able to lift 60 lbs., maneuver and secure passengers using mobility devices into and out of vans. Successful applicant must also possess the ability to exercise considerable tact, courtesy and discretion in contact with the elderly, disabled and diverse interest groups. Must be an effective team member, flexible, organized and have interpersonal skills. The ideal applicant should be flexible and available to work upon short notice. Must be familiar with Greene County roads, townships, fire districts, landmarks, etc. to effectively perform duties. High School Graduates are preferred.
