Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Representatives. You will make outbound calls, generate leads, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. This performance-based role is ideal for those who are self-driven and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists
  • Clearly introduce and pitch RieVax Voice AI solutions
  • Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria
  • Book meetings with prospects for our technical team
  • Track call details, outcomes, and follow-ups
  • Meet weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Attend a mandatory 2-week on-site training before transitioning to remote work

Requirements

  • Telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is an asset (Optional)
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable handling a high call volume (Outbound)
  • Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to attend on-site training for 2 weeks
