<p><b><b>About the Role</b></b></p><p></p><p>This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI.</p><p></p><p><span>As Team Leader, Remote Operations Center, you will lead the Remote Operations Center (ROC) and its day-to-day functions. You will monitor the ROC team's functionality, performance and efficiency and review, create and support training, process changes, awareness programs, high-level investigations, applications and hardware used by the team and the service that the team provides.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>What You’ll Do</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Create and maintain remote monitoring initiatives to support department financial objectives </span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze financial data to identify and recommend business plans to enhance the effectiveness of Kohl's shortage initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Determine critical issues, target the root cause of problems and generate creative solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Guide store teams and ROC investigators in matters related to company policy and processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate current trends and performance between the Remote Operations Center and key Loss Prevention Leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create effective training and awareness materials to brand program objectives with Remote Operations Center associates</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor team performance and productivity and analyze data to ensure the team operates efficiently</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor and report on emergency incidents, safety incidents and weather alerts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide support to individualized development plans for team members, fostering an enriched developmental environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create an effective work environment by establishing clear objectives, recognizing associates and maintaining open lines of communication</span></p></li><li><p><span>Additional tasks may be assigned </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>What Skills You Have</b></b></p><p><span>Required</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Previous leadership experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient computer skills, including Google products</span></p></li><li><p><span>Superior verbal and written communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong business acumen </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to prioritize </span></p></li><li><p><span>Critical decision-making during live theft and safety events</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent analytical skills</span></p></li></ul><p><span>​</span></p><p><span>Preferred</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor's of Science in IS, Finance or Criminal Justice </span></p></li><li><p><span>MBA/other advanced degree</span></p></li></ul><p><br> </p>
