As a member of the BAPE retail team, you will serve as an ambassador of the BAPE brand and help us keep our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and brand experience at our retail stores.

Responsibilities

· Stock Management: maintain stock inventory in perfect conditions, ensuring an efficient and systemized organization of stock room.

· Pro-actively identifying opportunities to make improvements in all areas of stock operations.

· Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately to ensure the right products are available.

· Ensure prompt and accurate updates are provided to the store in respect to new stock arrivals.

· Participate and execute store inventory counts, manage all stock movements and administration, maintaining accuracy of inventory on all stock available on the shop floor.

· Responsible for managing and investigating any stock discrepancies and ensure that matters are resolved efficiently and communicated back to the Store Manager

· Follow internal audit guidelines in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

· Manage and ensure quality issues are properly and promptly dealt with

· Fully integrate with the store team and contribute towards achieving the overall objectives of the store and of the business.

· Support Sales Associates during high traffic of customers, and only where necessary, take an active customer-facing role on the shop floor.

· Continuous development of possessing the highest brand and product knowledge

· Frequently required to stand. May be required to crouch, kneel, lift and/or move up to 50lbs, climb ladders as needed.

Personal qualities & qualifications

· Previous experience working within retail, hospitality or service role.

· Excellent communication and numerical skills

· Extremely organized and strong attention to detail

· Track record of understanding and delivering of instructions and policy

· Team player and committed to contributing towards a positive work environment and culture.

· Consistently punctual and reliable

· Able to be flexible with work schedule (expected to work weekends and evenings)

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
