with hands-on leadership in program workstreams (design, configuration, integration, reporting, data migration). </p></li><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing senior executives and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. </p></li><li><p>Experience delivering cloud-based ERP solutions from design to production support, with deep knowledge of
