Our Consulting projects require Consultants to travel most of the week to client engagements where they drive value, tangible returns and efficiencies for our customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Sourcer, Talent Acquisition (Process Engineering Oil & Gas)</u></strong></p><p>As we grow our consulting team we need additional proactive Sourcing support to help us identify, qualify and test our talent pool so we hire the best in the industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What this role really is:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>High-volume, fast-paced, Recruiting role that will see you manage a blend of inbound applications, proactively sourced candidates and referrals.</li><li>Volume phone screens, via Teams, of 15-30 minutes, tracked & reported.</li><li>Detailed - Interview notes, screening information and scores tracked.</li><li>Testing - Arranging tests, recording results, providing feedback.</li><li>Final Interviews - Managing hiring days, assessments and meeting finalists and hiring managers.</li><li>KPI, SLA and performance driven.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What this role is not:</strong></p><ul><li>HR or a route to HR - this is a Sourcing & Recruiting role that sits in Recruiting.</li><li>Predominantly inbox Recruiting, outreach or emails (we love the sourcing calls here!).</li><li>Remote or Hybrid.
