What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the techno-functional effort for nomination and scheduling solutions, managing Product Backlogs and reporting on status and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and company standards
- Communicate effectively with sponsors and delivery teams to advocate for business needs during solution development and testing
- Identify and communicate risk factors related to SAP solutions to ensure timely mitigation
- Participate in quality assurance testing to align features with design plans and business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in a related field, such as Computer Engineering, MBA, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, Material Management, BTP, IS-Oil, or a similar role
- Experience in maintaining a Product Backlog and applying business requirements to deliver benefits
- Proven ability to influence decision-making at various organizational levels
- Advanced communication skills demonstrated through leadership progress reports and multi-disciplinary project meetings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on large cross-functional project teams
- Knowledge of core business applications such as SAP, SAP BW, and PowerBI
