Sales Representative - Corrugated Packaging & Promotional Display Solutions

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. You’ll focus on selling custom corrugated packaging, point-of-purchase displays, retail packaging, and packaging consumables. This is a full-time role based out of the Markham office, with most of your time spent in the field visiting clients. You will work closely with the design, customer service, and production teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and is responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000–$160,000

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Field-based visits across Southern Ontario required
  • Less than 10% overnight travel (e.g., trade shows)

SUPPORT & TRAINING

  • Onboarding support from senior sales leadership
  • Ongoing collaboration with customer service and design teams
  • Job shadowing and resource sharing

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Corrugated packaging sales experience is required

  • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate to Advanced
  • PowerPoint: Intermediate
  • Word: Intermediate
  • CRM: Proficient (ES2000 preferred)
