What You’ll Do
  • Develop territory growth by building strong relationships with A&D firms, developers, general contractors, and exterior envelope installers.
  • Present technical solutions, conduct both virtual and onsite training sessions, and support customers from design through installation.
  • Manage the pipeline through the CRM, follow up on quotes, and support independent rep groups.
  • Engage new prospects, respond to inbound leads, and turn marketing/trade show interest into active opportunities.
  • Coordinate samples, logistics needs, and technical requests with internal teams.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time across Eastern Canada and the US East corridor.
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in outside sales or technical customer-facing roles, ideally in construction or building materials.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to present technical products to multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive in managing follow-ups and project timelines.
  • Comfort with MS Office; CRM/ERP knowledge or Bluebeam exposure is an asset.
What’s In It for You
  • Competitive base salary with commission and annual performance incentives.
  • Vehicle allowance, full benefits, and RRSP matching.
  • The ability to work from home most of the time while still staying connected to the field.
  • The opportunity to represent a respected manufacturer in a fast-growing segment of the building envelope industry.
