The Role


Cineflix if currently looking to fill the role of Sales Coordinator based in our Toronto, Canada office on a hybrid schedule.


The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and strategic support to our dynamic Sales team in The Americas & APAC by keeping content availability grids up to date, tracking offers and sales opportunities and helping prepare deal paperwork. This role enters and maintains data in the content rights management platform (CRM), works with other departments to stay current on the content pipeline, and manages schedules and expenses for the team. The Sales Coordinator also helps move deals forward by collaborating with Sales, Rights, Legal, Finance, and Operation teams, and ensures all records and systems reflect finalized deal terms. By leveraging advanced tools and excellent organizational skills, you will play a key part in fostering teamwork, enhancing client relationships, and adapting to the ever-changing media business.

Reporting to the VP Sales, Americas, and supporting the EVP Americas & APAC and SVP Sales, APAC & Benelux, this position is hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring strong organization and great communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct programme availability research for new and existing opportunities guided by Sales and client requests
  • Maintain expertise in new slate titles and library content using NetSuite (CRM) and the Cineflix Rights website
  • Run rights checks prior to and during active negotiations, escalate/resolve issues promptly in coordination with the Rights team
  • Curate and manage client‑facing availability lists and grids, using Rights Tracker and the Cineflix website - ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end deal flow, acting as key liaison across Sales, Rights, Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • Track the workflow of contracts, amendments, and notifications
  • Validate commercial terms against drafted agreements, assist with light redlining
  • Manage options calendars, and ensure date‑driven obligations and notices are monitored and actioned
  • Ensure Deal Memo, NetSuite, and Rights Tracker are kept current and reflect finalised deal terms; maintain accurate account and contact records within Sales systems
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting by monitoring content availability, licence expirations, and renewal opportunities
  • Utilize Rights Tracker and NetSuite to produce historical sales analyses and benchmark pricing to inform planning and strategy
  • Establish and maintain direct relationships with buyers and acquisitions teams (under the direction of Sales Executives) and manage client access and screeners; assist with sales and marketing brochures
  • Coordinate logistics for Sales trips and market events, including meeting scheduling and preparation of sales materials
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales team, adapting to the dynamic needs of a fast‑paced commercial environment
  • Support research and ad hoc strategy projects (market, competitor, and commercial strategy work distinct from availability research)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with NetSuite (or similar CRM), Rights Tracker (or similar rights management system), Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with collaboration/reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint, Monday) is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience liaising with clients and internal teams
  • Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Additional language skills are an asset (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese)
