RN Clinical Coordinator Virtual Nursing

The Virtual Nurse Program Lead spearheads the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our virtual nursing program. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance patient care. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of virtual nurses, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the program meets high standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency<br><br>Additional responsibilities are but not limited to the following: <br><ul><li>Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the virtual nursing program.</li><li>Establish policies, procedures, and best practices for virtual nursing workflows.</li><li>Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Recruit, train, and mentor virtual nurses, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.• Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the virtual nursing team.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and support team members in achieving their professional goals</li><li>Oversee virtual nursing interactions, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.</li><li>Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br>• Education: Active NYS RN license, BSN preferred or in the process of obtaining BSN. <br>• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience. <br><br>Rome Health encourages innovation, staff engagement, and education to foster the highest standards of excellence and service.
