Our client, a renowned fashion retailer, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead their flagship store in Miami, Florida . This role requires a strong presence on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivational leader with a passion for retail and a proven ability to manage store operations effectively.

As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Driving sales performance to meet and exceed store targets and key performance indicators. Recruiting, training, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team. Providing exceptional customer service, fostering customer loyalty, and resolving escalated customer issues. Managing inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to create an appealing shopping environment. Ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Controlling store expenses, including payroll and operational costs, to maintain profitability. Analyzing sales data and market trends to develop strategies for store improvement. Conducting regular team meetings and providing constructive feedback to staff. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and team leadership, is required. Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical for managing and motivating a diverse team. A passion for fashion and a strong customer-centric approach are mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail management software is beneficial.
