Your unwavering dedication to high-quality standards will be pivotal in enhancing our quality control processes. Key Responsibilities • Execute and fulfill enrichment tasks as outlined in the comprehensive client training program. • Manage credentialing-related functions, including data entry of applications, verification of vendor resources, and oversight of board certifications. • Conduct follow-ups with state boards and credentialing organizations to procure status updates and verifications. • Ensure the integrity and precision of credentialing data, adhering strictly to industry compliance standards. • Validate information from external entities through online databases to guarantee accuracy. • Embrace additional responsibilities and tasks as required. Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy. • Proficient command of the English language. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Capable of supporting a home-based work environment. • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads. Qualifications • A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a data entry or customer service role is advantageous. • Ability to commit to 40 hours of work per week, with weekends off.
