Hiring on behalf of our client who is a Saskatchewan-based remote therapy practice built on a simple belief: when counsellors are supported, clients receive better care. We remove administrative barriers such as scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology setup so clinicians can focus on meaningful therapeutic work. Our practice exists to make mental health care accessible, dignified, and sustainable for both clients and counsellors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients across Saskatchewan.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within our secure EMR.
  • Stay within your professional scope of practice and follow all ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
  • Participate in optional team development activities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Registered or eligible to register with SKCP, SASW, CCC, or equivalent.
  • Ability to provide remote therapy effectively and ethically.
  • Access to a private workspace and reliable internet.
  • Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.

Preferred:

  • Experience with trauma-informed practice.
  • Experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, or family systems.
  • Comfort with virtual counseling environments.
  • Interest in collaborative work or group therapy.

Compensation and Hours

  • 70% split per completed session.
  • Flexible scheduling; a minimum caseload of eight sessions per week is recommended.
  • Typical earnings range between $5,000 and $8,000 per month depending on caseload.
