Recruitment & Operations Assistant (Virtual Role)

We're seeking a resourceful and organized Recruitment & Operations Assistant to support our team with hiring and day-to-day administrative coordination across several fast-growing companies.


You'll work closely with management to keep recruiting pipelines running smoothly, manage communication with candidates, and assist with onboarding and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Post, update, and manage job openings across platforms like Upwork, Indeed, and Zoho Recruit

Review applications, shortlist strong candidates, and prepare notes for hiring managers

Schedule and coordinate interviews across global time zones

Maintain tracking spreadsheets and CRM entries for all active positions

Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants throughout the hiring cycle

Support onboarding of new hires and help organize SOPs or training materials

Provide additional admin and coordination support as required

Requirements

1–3+ years experience in recruiting, virtual assistance, or HR support

Excellent written and spoken English

High attention to detail and consistent follow-up habits

Tech-savvy with reliable internet and ability to work CST/CDT hours

Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Upwork, and Zoom

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience sourcing and hiring talent on platforms such as Upwork or Indeed

Familiarity with workflow automations (Zapier, , n8n)

Prior background in operations or marketing
