Project Management Lead
As the Project Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that client engagements are properly managed using project management tools and methodologies. Your primary responsibility will be to work with internal teams and clients to ensure that consulting deliverables and timelines are identified, understood, and communicated effectively. You will create, maintain, and communicate project indicators across the entire consulting portfolio to the project teams and clients. Additionally, you will ensure that any changes are reflected in the project plans and create and maintain detailed project plans for each project in collaboration with the project teams. We are seeking professionals with strong experience in project management, information security, and consulting, with a PMP certification preferred, proficiency in MS Project, and the capacity to build and report on related project and program KPIs, to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that consulting deliverables and timelines are clearly identified, understood, and communicated to all stakeholders, including clients, client engagement teams and internal project teams.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate project indicators across the entire consulting portfolio to the project teams and clients.
  • Ensure that any changes in project scope, deliverables, or timelines are accurately reflected in the project plans.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans for each project in collaboration with the project teams, ensuring alignment with clients' and internal objectives and industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to the project team, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing information security infrastructure, policies, and procedures, leveraging your expertise to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
  • Develop and implement customized project management and information security strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps based on clients' unique requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with clients' and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, risk tolerance levels, and align project management and information security initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on incident response and recovery, including the development of incident management plans, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on security and project management awareness, imparting best practices and fostering a culture of security within client organizations.
  • Build and report on project and program KPIs, ensuring visibility and accountability across the consulting portfolio.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve our project management and information security services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance project management and information security service offerings, methodologies, and tools, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
Education or Experience:
A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management) or equivalent experience is required. Candidates with a PMP certification are preferred.

Certifications:
For the Project Management Lead position, it is crucial that candidates possess at least one of the following certifications to apply:
1. Project Management Professional (PMP)
2. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
3. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
4. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
5. Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
6. Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

Skills:
