The Principal HRBP (HR Generalist) plays a critical role-supporting populations across the Americas, UK&I, EMEA, and APAC regions. As a key partner to the Americas regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), this role helps drive business strategy by delivering data-driven insights, supporting HR operations, and enabling the execution of people initiatives at scale. <br> <br> The Principal HR Generalist collaborates across regions, leverages analytics to inform decision-making, and ensures operational excellence in a high-growth, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating multifaceted challenges, collaborating across borders, and driving impactful people initiatives in a rapidly evolving setting. <br><br><b>Key Accountabilities</b><ul> <li>Delivers accurate, timely, and actionable HR data and analytics to support regional HRBPs and business decisions.</li> <li>Ensures high standards of data integrity and compliance in all HR systems and reporting.</li> <li>Provides responsive, high-quality operational and analytical support to HRBPs, enabling effective execution of people initiatives.</li> <li>Contributes to continuous improvement of HR processes, leveraging technology and feedback for greater efficiency.</li> <li>Demonstrates AMS CL3 behaviours in all interactions, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.</li> </ul><b>Skills & Experience</b><br><strong>Data & Analytics:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Collect, analyze, and report on HR data to support workforce planning, talent management, and business decisions.</li> <li>Prepare regular and ad hoc dashboards, presentations, and reports for HRBPs and business leaders.</li> <li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.</li> </ul><strong>HR Operations & Process Improvement:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, leveraging technology and data for efficiency.</li> <li>Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance.</li> <li>Assist with HR projects and initiatives, coordinating logistics and tracking progress.</li> </ul><strong>Support to Regional HRBPs:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Act as a key point of contact for HRBPs, providing operational and analytical support across the employee lifecycle.</li> <li>Prepare materials and data for talent reviews, compensation cycles, and organizational changes.</li> <li>Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other support teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.</li> </ul><strong>Talent, Compensation & Benefits:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Support compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, and benefits administration through data gathering and analysis.</li> <li>Assist with talent acquisition and onboarding processes as needed, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and new hires.</li> </ul><strong>Change & Transformation</strong><br> <ul> <li>Support organizational change initiatives by providing data, insights, and operational support.</li> <li>Communicate effectively to influence outcomes and support others through transformation.</li> </ul><strong>Technical Skills</strong><br> <ul> <li>Proficiency in using HRIS platforms for data entry, reporting, and process management.</li> <li>Strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data; ability to create dashboards and reports.</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.</li> <li>Familiarity with automating HR workflows and leveraging technology for efficiency.</li> <li>Ability to maintain accurate and organized HR documentation and records.</li> <li>Proficiency in preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint or similar tools.</li> <li>Understanding of data privacy, compliance requirements, and best practices for maintaining data integrity.</li> <li>Experience using collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Slack).</li> </ul> <br><b>Why AMS?</b><br>AMS offers you career opportunities in every direction you want to explore.
