The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Deployment Manager to support roll out of a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program.

The role will focus on organizational deployment readiness while working in close collaboration with other transformation pillars within the program such as PMO, Design, Integration, Testing, Change Management and Data Management teams.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of end-to-end ERP or preferably HCM system implementations (e.g. Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft), is bilingual (English/French), and can effectively align business needs with technical requirements for a successful deployment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of organizational readiness activities to ensure smooth adoption of the HCM solution.
  • Develop and maintain documents such as Deployment Playbook and Deployment Execution Framework
  • Facilitate alignment sessions and workshops to identify dependencies, risks and readiness gaps
  • Collaborate across transformation workstreams including PMO, Design, Integration, Testing, OCM to ensure organizational readiness for Go-Live.
  • Track adoption metrics and identify areas requiring additional support or stabilization.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in large scale ERP or preferably HCM system implementations (e.g. Dayforce, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft).
  • Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-vendor, enterprise-wide programs with multiple interdependent workstreams
  • Strong client facing presence with proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders in large, complex transformations.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel within Canada.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance (e.g. Government of Canada Reliability Status) as required to work on government projects.

Ideally, you'll also Have
PMP

Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments.
