As the publication of record for for Canadian technology and innovation, BetaKit operates at the centre of a dynamic ecosystem, delivering daily news, weekly podcasts and newsletters, meaningful strategic partnerships, and must-attend special events and initiatives.
We tell the story of Canadian tech and innovation, through our partnerships as well as our journalism.This is a unique opportunity to step into a central role supporting the Director of Partnerships across a range of activities critical to BetaKit's success.
The Partnership Coordinator will contribute to both the day-to-day delivery of partnered initiatives, the establishment of new relationships, and will have the opportunity to take on additional projects based on the individual's strengths and aspirations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnered Content Management & Logistics - Coordination of partnered content articles, videos and digital campaigns from kick off to delivery, overseeing a stable of freelance writers, maintaining internal tracking systems, and supporting partner relationships.
Asset collection and inventory management - Ownership of our partnered inventory systems, ensuring high value visibility, maximized engagement, and seamless delivery.
Membership Support - Manage communications, onboarding, and relationship support for BetaKit's growing Innovation Leaders membership.Reporting - Ensure our partners receive comprehensive information about their campaign's performance, reach, and impact.
Partnerships Sales - Support our Partnership Director in establishing and maintaining a strong pipeline of partner relationships across our revenue lines.
