<p><strong>Job Title</strong>: Part-Time Gallery Sales Consultant</p><p><strong>Company</strong>: Stone Tile International Inc.</p><p><strong>Reports To</strong>: Chief Customer & Gallery Officer</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Weekends Only (Saturdays 10:00am to 5:00pm & Sundays 12:00pm – 5:00pm)</p><p><br></p><p>Stone Tile International is looking for a <strong>Part-Time Gallery Sales Consultant for our main Gallery </strong>in the GTA to join our dynamic team!</p><p><br></p><p>We are continuously looking for the best and most promising individuals to join our tightknit and unique team. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and understands how important customer service is. The successful candidate will be a proven self-starter who likes to take initiative. He/she will be skilled in developing relationships, assessing customer needs and providing advice on available products while providing unparalleled customer service from the initial greeting to the final sale. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><p>• Serve as the first point of contact for the Stone Tile International’s main gallery customer walk-ins and call-ins.</p><p>• Answer and accurately direct customer requests by asking leading questions and prequalifying.</p><p>• Administer, verify, and communicate accurate and detailed product information to customers.</p><p>• Assist customers with design recommendations and solutions.</p><p>• Maintain relationships with existing client list; develop new clients through various industry sources.</p><p>• Input and maintain accurate information in P21, and other software as required.</p><p>• Obtain purchase orders and/or deposits in a timely manner.</p><p>• Maintain gallery for cleanliness and neatness to ensure a favorable and hospitable setting for all customers.</p><p>• Maintain appropriate and accurate records of requests for information and materials.</p><p>• Receive and update payments</p><p>• Assist clients with problems, questions and general information</p><p>• Assist Customer Service/Sales Teams with samples program/distribution</p><p>• Assist with administrative tasks as required</p><p>• Other duties as required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What type of experience and skills do you have?</strong></p><p>• 3+ years experience in customer service or sales in related industries</p><p>• Proven sales ability and ability to surpass sales targets.</p><p>• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers</p><p>• Ability to create a positive customer experience by understanding and meeting customer needs quickly, professionally, and accurately. </p><p>• Thrive on working in a multi-tasking environment where high attention to detail is required. </p><p>• Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, use of timelines and time management techniques</p><p>• Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. </p><p>• Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
